Questions
Before you book
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a code or a key. You get photos of each finished room by text, so you can see the result before you walk in.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, everything is included. If you prefer we use your products — fragrance-free, a specific floor soap, anything — leave them out and note it on the checklist.
What if something is missed?
Text us within 24 hours and we come back and fix that room. No charge, no argument.
Are you insured?
Insured and bonded in Massachusetts. Certificate available on request before your first visit.
Can I skip a visit?
Yes. Give 24 hours' notice and there is no fee. Recurring pricing stays the same when you come back.
